  3. I bought this unit with the GXM 30 XM radio antenna. If the antenna does not work (it connects to the USB), I thought the problem might be USB drivers on the main unit. Do not have installation instructions for the USB drivers on the hard disk, and the installation program. I called technical support (which was a 20 + minute wait) and the only help I had a technology that had worked well for him and that he does not believe that the absence of instructions or lack of driver installer problem was. I got the machine back and I’m still waiting for help.
