Bought one of these new and it was nonsense, nonsense, nonsense. Not commercial quality product. Had to replace them, and I got another dysfunctional product. Trying to convince them to change the warranty, but it is difficult to make because you can not get your phone number – more than 30 minutes waiting for their voicemail – I have 30 minutes and still waiting. Has bought another for the various GPS replaced, this is now an expensive lump on the back burner .*** *** NOTE If this is a new experience, will certainly not buy refurb. The refurb – but it works fine. Garmin said – she gave me a code to the maps for NA and Europe to date. If you do not know what it will cost you all know the GPS device 150 and the current card is a bargain.
