I have a Magellan 4250 and his father’s days. A week later, a car charger / FM cable broke. I ordered two chargers website three weeks ago. It is still here and it shows “a foreign customer” excuse when you are trying to find where stuff is. Something like Dell. Really poor service.

Very poor customer service. Can not buy the product, in the hope it goes through its warranty period.

Renovated in 4040 organized as Amazon “a lot”. The device seems to be cosmetically perfect, but it should not be excluded. After hours of charging, it shows only two of the five bars. Back it goes, a refund. Not need to buy refurbished electronics. . .

I bought this device FACTORY REFERB. After testing, I realiezed GPS card expired 5 + years old. I called Magellan Customer Service and recevied the following e-mail .****** We regret to inform you, but we can not free of 2008/2009 when the unit is restored. Reconditioned units are sold as such. Fri policy, we can only give the map update for free (customer is responsible for $ 10. Freight 00 orders in the U.S. or $ 26. 00 international order), the new units purchased in the last 30 days. We have no apologies for the inconvenience .*** bascially is worthless without GPS Map Update. I turned the unit immediately. Do not buy !!!!!

After what this device could be, but not a big disappointment and it corresponds to a bad Magellan. It can not find a bank, even though I have the address to write and tell you the name. It can not find the DMV, I had the internet for the address and then get to write about. Other than that it is a very cool touch screen and talking directions. Now if only they had updated directions.
