  2. I got my Magellan 2 years, and it is easy to use, clear voice guidance, opportunities to view the map and written instructions, traffic incident warning works well. I have no complaints. I’ve connected to my computer and the software update without problems. I have not tried the map update yet. is the charge, but I still had a problem.

  3. Magellan Customer service is the worst customer service I have ever handled. They offer a free 30 days to update the map, because all of their products ship out of date maps. This would be a good thing, except that it is a beautiful print of their products and their customer support e-mail list is the wrong website address. I had to get through customer service by sending a bad look on their website. When she said that my unit is over 30 days to the border and they refused to give me the update. This is a bad business. Garmin has 60 days warranty, which is sent directly to their website in sight.
