In addition to an earlier review of the product I just called TT support today I get things resolved. Now I can not speak for Windows users, because I have a Mac, but if you’re a Mac user running away as fast as you can about this company and its products. There just is not everyone aware of how they interact with your Mac, but their only advice is to try and use Windows machine! I had trouble getting a full user guide on CD, so I was told to download it. The funny thing is, no tax on their site. So when I was told that the site is under construction and should be available in a few weeks. When I said that was not satisfactory, and asked that they be forwarded to me was told tat it was not possible “for security reasons.” What a joke! Then, when I went to the free maps from one year to offer, I also found the site “under construction.” They said I do not have the latest version of TT Home, and must be downloaded on the site. The only problem is that the website is version 1 May and I had a 6. Another problem is resolved. Finally, if you go to TT Home you that mobile commerce will not be available in the U.S. to find. I was sure, and they need to TT Home (see previous problem). Absolutely horrible support. And if you think I need to talk with the seller to pay would be wrong. A woman came to my aid here in the U.S.. From this experience, I will back the product and wait for Garmin. TT should be ashamed. I hope they read this! BTW, I would have no stars, but Amazon is not possible. If you write, I talk now about the director. . . does not help.

TomTom GO 920T Portable GPS Vehicle Navigator.Olen completely satisfied. It works here in the U.S., and I can use throughout Europe.

So far happy with the product but have been able to work to get all options havent, I think I only time to learn about these options. Works well trips, as long as you do it, but not as good as you decide to go another way, without cell reprogramming.

This is a great GPS system. I am very happy with the device. I’m still learning all the features and options. I only have one problem and it was my mobile phone and navigator. TomTom has published a list of phones, which are consistent with the data navigator. After receiving the I noticed that the phone was not compatible with the data and had to buy a new one. If you just buy a cell phone they should stop duration.
